Please look at the Club Roster and get informed on your responsibilities. Team leaders are responsible for greeters, setup and takedown at meetings and making sure Tracy knows what is going on for upcoming speakers.

Today’s Program:
Tracy introduced Dr. Tenzin Yangdon who studied traditional Tibetan herbal medicine, acupuncture, acupressure and holistic healingin Dharmasala, India. She has a practice at 6929 Stockton Ave. Today she shared a presentation of traditional Tibetan using sounds from healing bowls to produce harmonic tones and vibrations to open the body to positive energy and healing. She explained the process and how the bowls are used in a specific way for the individual being treated to feel the sounds and vibrations. Tenzin then demonstrated by producing the sounds through a series of pitches and tones produced by striking the arrangement of some eight or ten bowls along with bells and small symbols. She then answered questions about her practice and what she does. This was a fascinating experience where we were bathed in an array of vibration and sound. As Jack pointed out – Very Soothing!
Thanks Tracy for starting the year with this great program.
